WORK

I help build connection for mission-based organizations through tailored and multifaceted communication.

I work with mission-driven organizations to advance institutional goals through integrated advancement strategies, including fundraising, stewardship, and communications. Communications are employed as a strategic lever to strengthen relationships, clarify purpose, and support long-term impact rather than as stand-alone outputs.

The work below reflects how strategic philanthropy, donor experience, and institutional storytelling align across print and digital platforms.


Honors College, The University of Illinois Chicago
As part of a broader advancement and donor engagement strategy, I led the redesign of alumni and donor communications to move beyond transactional messaging toward inspiration-driven storytelling. Communications were aligned with fundraising and stewardship objectives, centering community, impact, and institutional need while integrating print and digital channels to support sustained engagement and measurement.

The University Library, University of Illinois Chicago
In support of stewardship strategy and donor experience goals, I reimagined the Library’s annual stewardship communication to better reflect institutional value and donor impact. The work shifted from a text-heavy format to a visually driven, multi-format approach incorporating collection imagery, testimonials, and digital extensions, reinforcing stewardship objectives across print and electronic platforms.

Ox-Bow School of Art & Artists’ Residency
Within an integrated advancement and revenue strategy, I developed communications supporting both earned and contributive marketing goals. Work spanned advertising and brand visibility initiatives alongside fundraising, sponsorship, and donor stewardship, aligning creative expression with institutional credibility to advance audience growth, contributed revenue, and long-term sustainability across print and digital platforms.
